I believe therapy isn’t meant to last forever—my goal is to work myself out of a job by giving you the tools to move forward confidently.I use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Transactional Analysis, and mindfulness strategies to support you in a way that works best for your needs.
