Therapy isn’t meant to last forever–my goal is to work myself out of a job by giving you the tools to move forward confidently. I used evidence-based practices to support you in a way that works best for your needs. Every person comes to counselling for different reasons. Some need focused support for a specific challenge, while others are looking for a safe space to reflect, process, and grow.
